LUKE CIULLAPresident of Sigma Alpha Mu Beta GammaJustin exhibits a high level of expertise when it comes to dealing with monetary issues and organization. With his high proficiency in working with Excel, he has been able to appropriately organize a very large budget that intends to leave a surplus of funds for us to use in the future. Ever since we have had Justin added to our executive board, money has not proved to be a major issue as it has in the past. His great communication skills and teamwork abilities make it very easy to work with him. He is very vocal when it comes to sharing ideas and always works

RACHEL DUGOVICH
Nursing Student at the University of WashingtonJustin is someone who is not only dedicated and devoted to his school work, but also to his family and friends. Throughout the time I have known Justin, he has taken initiative to build relationships and maintain those relationships for many years to come. Justin has a level of maturity and proactive thinking that is uncharacteristic of most young adults I know. He takes responsibility for his own learning and always knows how to keep a balance between discipline and enjoyment. I have always seen Justin as someone who advocates for himself and is carried with grace and humility. I have been fortunate to have been inspired by not only his work in the classroom, but the way he carries himself everyday. |
DEVIN BONADEOPresident of Sigma Alpha Mu Beta GammaThe top 3 areas Justin could improve to increase his professional performance is focus, communication, and being eager. If Justin had a bit of a stronger focus by not taking on so many tasks but giving his all on fewer he would advance further. Justin will take on multiple tasks at once and help others with theirs as well and it is unneeded. His care for others can be pulled back a bit in the work field to excel farther individually. I say communication because Justin has a hard time sharing when he is overwhelmed or may need help with something. He is so head strong, driven, and a hard worker, you would never know if he were to need assistance because he just keeps going. If Justin were to communicate more often when he is tired or needs a break I believe it would increase his performance. Lastly, his eagerness within to pick up the slack for others, take on more work, and say yes to more I believe is a great quality in the work field but to an extent. At times, rather than making quick decisions, just thinking things through a bit more would increase Justin's professional performance by giving him more time confidence in his responsibilities. |
